Material: 1.5mm sheet steel

The main body is made of 1.5mm sheet steel. The cabinet is coated with acid and alkali resistance fireproof painting, which can effectively isolate the flame and high temperature. The cabinet has passed EN 14470-1 fire test, and the fire grade is 30min. It complies with ROHS, GA/T73, CE, etc. It is in accordance with OSHA29 CFR 1910.106, NFPA 30 9.5 and the implementation of EPA requirements.

Anti-toppling Leakage Collection Shelf

Each shelf is independent for leakage collecting, load bearing 75kg/㎡. The shelf is combined with conducting electrostatic polyethylene, which will strengthen the corrosion resistance of the shelf. Maximum capacity of the shelf is 32L.

Fire Resistance Structure

With the thermal closure system, the cabinet door automatically closes when the ambient temperature exceeds 50℃. When the temperature exceeds 70℃, the exhaust valve automatically closes.   When the temperature exceeds 110℃, the door seam is sealed by thermal expansion rubber strips. In case of power failure or emergency, users can get fast reactions with the luminous waterproof safety sign.
