Function/Structure:

- Body: 1.5-3.0mm thick steel plate coated with acid and alkali resistant fireproofing paint.

- Embedded multilayer composite fireproofing material,   isolating flame and high temperature effectively.

- Equipped with electrostatic grounding terminal to eliminate electrostatic hazards.

- Rear ventilation and exhaust mode, used for connecting with the ventilation system.

The cabinet has passed 900-1000℃ fire test, and the fire grade is 30min, which complies with ROHS, GA/T73, CE, etc. It is in accordance with OSHA29 CFR 1910.106, NFPA 30 9.5 and the implementation of EPA requirements.

Toppling prevention leakage shelf:

Each shelf is independent for leakage storage,   bearing 75kg/㎡. The shelf is combined with conducting electrostatic polyethylene, which will strengthen the corrosion resistance of the shelf. Maximum capacity is 32L.

Fireproofing Structure with thermal closure system

With the thermal closure system, the cabinet door automatically closes when the ambient temperature exceeds 50℃. When the temperature exceeds 70℃, the exhaust valve automatically closes.   When the temperature exceeds 110℃, the door seam is sealed by thermal expansion. In case of power failure or emergency, users can get fast reactions with the luminous waterproof safety sign.

Movable/Positioning Wheels:

The safety cabinet can be movable or fixed at a point with the Moving/positioning wheels, which will avoid damage that may caused while moving the cabinet. It can be operated by only one person, and adjust it easily.
